RBM of California RBMの海外不動産事業
2012年に、米国現地法人 RBM of Californiaを設立。 カリフォルニア州を中心に、オフィスビルや賃貸レジデンスの開発・投資を始めました。2021年9月現在では、オフィスビル2棟、賃貸レジデンス5棟を所有・管理しており、3件の開発プロジェクトが進行中となっています。 不動産の開発、投資、アセットマネジメントとトータルなサービスを提供できる強みを活かし、今後はアメリカ全土へ事業を拡大。さらには、諸外国への進出を視野に、調査・研究を進めてまいります。
